Children's Privacy & Safety Policy

Pulvio is committed to providing a safe environment for everyone who uses the Service. This policy describes how we handle minors and our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Minimum Age & Parental Consent

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 may not create an account or use the Service.

If we become aware that a user is below the minimum age, we will take prompt steps to disable the account and delete related personal information.

2. Information We Collect from Minors

We do not knowingly collect more personal information from minors than is necessary to operate the features they use. We do not use minors' personal information for behavioral advertising, and we restrict certain features (such as public discovery and direct messaging with strangers) for known minors where feasible.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Sexualization of minors, including fictional, drawn, or AI-generated content.
Grooming, sextortion, or solicitation of minors.
Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of minors.

Accounts involved in such activity are immediately terminated. We preserve relevant information and report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant local authority, as required by law.

4. Moderation & Detection

We combine automated detection, human review, and user reporting to identify violations. Measures may include:

Hash-matching and classifier-based scanning against known CSAM.
Proactive review of reported content and high-risk behaviors.
Rate limits and restrictions on interactions with minor accounts.
Preservation of evidence and cooperation with law enforcement as required.

5. How to Report

If you encounter content or behavior that endangers a minor, please report it immediately:

By email: service@purpur.live with the subject line "Child Safety".
Contact local law enforcement if a minor is in immediate danger.

We aim to review reports related to child safety as a top priority.

6. Information for Parents & Guardians

Review your child's account settings and privacy permissions with them.
Encourage open conversation about online interactions.
If you believe your child under the minimum age has created an account, contact us to have it removed.

7. Requesting Account Deletion

Parents, guardians, and users may request deletion of an account and related personal information by contacting service@purpur.live. We may require reasonable information to verify the request.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means.
